EMC Monitoring System

This NI-Based Monitoring system is used during EMC testing of an ECU module. The EMC chamber connected to a load box to simulate various sensors and loads which are typically connected to the ECU. All output signals from the ECU are routed to the EMC Monitoring System, consisting of digital, analog, CAN, and LIN signals. While no sequencing is provided by the monitoring system, certain output signals can be generated by the monitoring system to be acquired by the ECU. The system is continuously collecting feedback signals from the ECU and displaying failures of each channel to the operator for determination on overall ECU status.
